Custom Projects – FAQ

What types of custom projects do you offer?
We specialize in custom laser engraving on tumblers, plaques, frames, and other personalized items. Whether it’s a single custom gift or a larger project for a team, business, or organization, we’re happy to help bring your idea to life.

Do I need to have a finished design before contacting you?
Not at all. If you have a logo, artwork, or clear idea, great—but if not, we can help guide the design and layout process. Many custom projects start with just an idea.

Is there a minimum order for custom projects?
No. We offer custom engraving for both single items and bulk orders. Quantity pricing may be available for larger orders.

How long do custom projects take?
Turnaround time depends on the complexity of the project and current workload. Most custom orders are completed within a few business days after design approval. If you’re working with a deadline, let us know—we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Can you engrave customer-provided items?
In some cases, yes. Customer-provided items must be approved prior to engraving, and we cannot guarantee results on items not supplied by us. Please contact us to discuss your specific item.

Will I see a proof before engraving?
Yes. For custom projects, we provide a digital proof for approval before engraving begins to ensure everything looks exactly the way you want.

What materials can you engrave?
We commonly engrave stainless steel, wood, coated metals, glass, and select other materials. If you’re unsure whether your item or idea is compatible, just ask.

How do I get started?
Simply contact us with a brief description of your project, quantity needed, and any artwork or ideas you have. We’ll take it from there and guide you through the process.
